How long and how hard it is to be a guinea pig?
Ok, so I think that the GP as a new animal. I have 3 hamsters, but I want something that is more …. I guess like a dog so to speak. I want something I can trust to leave in one piece by itself (not for long, of course) and need not be caged. From what I read, even hug? I however, to find a pet store that likes to be touched. How difficult and how time would be required to submit to where you can carry around, walking on a head … etc. I let my hamster out every day, often in their dances, and always talk with them at least, or their pets before going to bed if I have time to get them out tonight. (It is very rare that spend more than 48 hours in his cage) The Grand Prix be the same. So I know with hamsters, if I go overnight, I can only fill his bowl of food, water and let GP are in the same way? Is it better buy more than one so they have a friend? What are their similar temperaments. Any information or help?
I love when people like you! I am a big animal lover too! They are like pets: mice, hamsters, parrots, rabbits, cats and dogs. Guinea pigs are cute, but rabbits are much more interactive – that was one who, while I was working in my office would be about running and even jumping about 3 feet off the ground – a riot see! Then after a while she gets tired and goes home and sleep on the ground, but head to my feet – it was a very special rabbit! But it seems that you is actually a really good friend who wants to – you've ever thought to get a cat? They are relatively maintenance free and also can be left alone overnight. I foresee one possible problem, and make the cat can not reach his sweet little hamster. Otherwise, try a rabbit (which by the way, you can get a rope made for rabbits, if you can take them for walks outside!.) Good luck!
