Choose from Shoepeg corn casserole, frying pan or casserole zucchini, cabbage and enjoy modern comfort food.

SHOEPEG Corn Casserole

2 cans (11 oz every one maize) shoepeg, drained

1 can (10 3 / 4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted

8 oz sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 / 2 cup chopped onion

1 / 2 cup chopped celery

1 / 4 cup chopped green pepper

3 / 4 cup butter, ground hazelnuts, flavor

2 v. unsalted butter, melted

In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Spray a 2-liters pan coated with vegetable oil. The mixture in the pan. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and sprinkle with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Makes 6 servings.

ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

4 medium zucchini, sliced

3 / carrots grated 4 cups

1 / 2 cup chopped onion

Water 1 / 2 cup

1 / 2 cup of friction, no sugar, low fat yogurt

Nonstick vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Courgettes Place in a medium saucepan, cover with water and cook 5 minutes or until tender and crisp. Drain in a colander and set aside. In another saucepan, combine the carrot, onion and water. Cover and bring to a boil Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until tender and crisp. Fluid drainage. Add the zucchini and carrots and onions yogurt mixture in a saucepan and stir gently to mix. Spray a pan 1 with 1/2-quart cooking spray. Place squash mixture in the dish and cook for 30 to 40 minutes until hot.

CABBAGE PAN

1 cup lowfat milk

1 / 4 cup egg substitute *

Salt 1 / 4 cup

1 cup shredded cabbage

1 / 4 cup grated low-fat American

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a non-refractory qt-1 cooking spray and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the milk substitute egg and salt. Stir to mix well. Add the cabbage and cheese. Spoon into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes.

4 people: Each one has 58 calories and 5 grams each of protein and carbohydrates.

* You can use 1 egg instead of egg substitute.
