What are the side effects of Crystal Meth use taking an SSRI and / or bi polor drugs.?

First just want to say I firmly believe that not using drugs. This question is to go for information on the subject, because of the history with family members and friends. I assign I know people taking SSRIs for depression as Paxil, but also are taking drugs used to treat bi polor disorder called Lamictal, and one for paranoia (not want to be called.) Anyway, my question is what if, while those who put crystal meth in the mix? What are some the risks and side effects. If someone can make known as soon as possible, I really appriciate it. Oh! ps. Do not take drugs is not a good idea ^ _ ^

Taking Meth is a very bad idea for a bipolar patient. Even therapeutic doses of stimulants used to treat ADHD can increase mania in bipolar patients and Methamphetamine is a stimulant stronger than those used to treat ADHD. Sometimes it can induce mania, even users with no history bipolar disorder, what is probably a bad idea for someone with bipolar disorder. You can also increase the paranoia. One of the documents to read my course to-day psychopharmacology today seemed compounds that increase serotonin release as a possible treatment for addiction to stimulants (cocaine and amphetamines). They found that in rats, these compounds appeared to reduce recidivism in drug use, perhaps because they dropped the "reward" to the effects of drugs (such as "high" that people are looking for). SSRIs also increase synaptic serotonin levels, so you could have that effect as well. So it's possible that the person just do not get high (or higher) if they took everything in methamphetamine an SSRI. Who could be potentially dangerous methamphetamine use, if the individual has increased is trying to achieve a high level, because it could cause an overdose. Another concern I have with the mixture of methamphetamine with an SSRI is that while methamphetamine has a significantly greater effect on dopamine, serotonin, increases serotonin levels, too. The mechanisms of action are different enough so I think the effects would only build on one another, creating more serotonin. In combination with an SSRI, serotonin can give rise too, leading to a serious and potentially fatal conditions such as serotonin syndrome. Although serotonin syndrome is rare and usually associated with MAOIs than other SSRIs, is definitely a very real possibility that amphetamines are a street drugs associated with fatal when taken with MAOIs. Several Stabalizers mood are also associated with serotonin syndrome, of Lamictal so could also increase this risk. I'm not very familiar with the mechanism of action Stablizers mood or antipsychotics (which could be used to treat paranoia), so I can not say much about the specific interactions that can occur with methamphetamine. I know many of the antipsychotic dopamine act, which is also one of the main objectives of methamphetamine, as is the potential for interaction, but I'm not really sure what I could do. Another concern is that drugs used to paranoia could potentially be a CNS depressant (despite its name, the opposite of a stimulant and not as an antidepressant). Mixing a stimulant with a CNS Depressants can cause cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), which is potentially fatal. In general, I would say that the mixture of methamphetamine drugs and conditions listed fall into the category of "very bad ideas."
