What's more sexy in a girl? Elegant, refined or casual?

I like to dress stylish and elegant, glamorous kind of vintage, I think we can say, pencil skirts, fitted blouses, high heels, a smart jacket with a scarf and a stylish hat, that kind of thing. I like my hair to do well and with care makeup .. always commented on my style and I do not see anything wrong as I made an effort. I think the other girls look good in jeans and casual wear, even at night, but not for me. Although I have no intention of changing my dress, I am curious about what men think … Do you prefer smart or casual look? O I always wear socks, my attention to detail applies to my underwear too! I guess in a way I ask, is whether intelligent 'made up' look is to intimidate the men in any way? Dressed casually girls are more "accessible"?
