Wheel help please respond quickly!?
I am a glass, and I'm terrible at the wheel and the bulb. I fell on April 3 weeks, and all other girls are sooooooooo good! When I wheel, I fell on my butt or my feet, but in a squatting position. What am I doing wrong? Also, when I a headstand, I flip my legs over my head and land on my head! PLEASE HELP I HAVE CLASS TOMORROW! Thanks!
When you makes a wheel .. keep your legs straight, and the type of kick in the air .. get to your feet. As a pear .. is a question of balance. The practice of the pear against the wall or have someone hold your legs for you, so you can get the feel of how it supposed to be. To avoid falling on his head, missing a leg, then when your power, you can do the other leg, so that in case of loss of balance, you'll fall in the leg all the way is not raised. It's a little hard to explain writing, but the coach should be able to teach, especially if you pay them. arm strengh is everywhere, and can read on the internet on ways to improve arm strength, so that you can stand.
