What country would a child be king/queen to if his/her parents were crown prince/princess to different country?

If the Crown Prince of one Country and the Crown Princes of another got married and had a child? What country would that child beomce heir/heiress too? In other word what country would he/she beomce king/queen too? Can it be both? And what country would the crown prince and princess by king and queen too? Can they be king and queen of both?
