How to achieve a faux finish Brown running a ceiling fan or lamp base?

Home Depot has bought brown roof finished running on it and am anxious to recreate the look on my gold ceiling fan to match with my lights. Can anyone give me the colors and types of paint I use to achieve this end? Thanks for any information of any false end there ………

I want a good quality glazing compound. Woodcraft sells several different colors to 7.99 liters. You could probably combine Van Dyke Brown and sienna brown to create a "look. I use a rag and wipe the enamel wood stain would. Then let stand for a few minutes to flash. After a mixture of patience and an artistic touch. You should clean the glaze evenly with different cloths. The trick is to leave just enough to create that look brown. I do not worry, because you can always clean all the glazes and again if it goes wrong. Usually requires a clear glass sealant such as polyurethane or lacquer. I check the enamel of compatible products.
