Some other, more fun, the options include making a smoothie and yogurt for fruit yogurt sauce, making chocolate pudding with low fat milk, cutting the fruit fresh vanilla yogurt, and vegetable garnish with grated low fat cheese. You can also create your own cappuccino or coffee with non-fat milk with skim milk.

With so many different options when it comes to dairy products, everyone should find at least one source milk products they like to eat.
