The hand blown glass art has become increasingly popular in recent years. Especially some of the glass works of Sweden. Today to enter many popular department stores in the United States as Macys, Nordstrom or – to name just two – you will see spectacular examples of art glass, many of the which is hand blown. Some of the most beautiful decorative glass in existence today is the glass of Orrefors and Kosta Boda's most distinctive line. These two lines hand blown art glass are rich in the history of Sweden.

Kosta Boda is known as the oldest line of the hand of Swedish art glass. Its classic beauty The unique shape, colors and designs that make great art land to be acquired. The Kosta Boda Glass Works was originally developed in 1742 by two retired army generals Swedish. First 150 years of his life was devoted to the creation of commercial vessels, such as glass, bottles, vases and chandeliers. The glassworks Kosta is the oldest center of glass production in Sweden. Art Orrefors glass hand dates back to 1742 in Sweden too. In fact, the crystal is not far Orrefors Kosta. Orrefors line was originally developed by Lars Johan Silversparre noticibly but not significant until the 1910s when Johan Ekman of Gothenburg, has acquired the glass factory.
