Can anyone give me information about this vintage pitcher / vase?

It is small and quite heavy, translucent amber. This is 10 "tall. He has a strange emblem embossed on the bottom that resembles the shape of a glass of water (see photo 2) but could be a chip without problems. This is a collection of blown glass pieces. The mark on the bottom is not a symbol, called pontil and is where the glass is cut to separate working with some of the crystal ball not used. I'm not familiar with the color or the director as possible.
