A friend of mine has just completed the renovation of a brownstone on the Upper West Side, and I can say without the slightest hint of exaggeration, is the best house in the city I've ever seen. He has recorded nearly ten million dollars, but I think it will with a bidding war, even in this market.

The set is a work of art and made four bolts. The floor is original oak while completely restored and renovated. The same applies to wood and doors. The chimneys had been relegated trinket screens, but each one had to repair two and three are inserts and natural gas. It has an inside pool exercises in the basement, and a gym at home and installed a series of steps and skylights. Entire HVAC system has been destroyed and replaced by space heating and air conditioning. The stove and refrigerator seemed something you would see in a restaurant: solid, practical and professional. It turns out I was right.
