HELP! What are the ingredients of a Chinese soup and salad at a sushi restaurant?

I went yesterday and had a simple heat and green mushrooms raw onion soup and ginger dressing lite simple raw mushrooms and green peppers … What are the ingredients for the soup and the salad dressign?

I think the soup is "miso soup" a Japanese style, I'm not a cook, but I am a Chinese eat all kinds of Asian food products. Here's a link on how make a soup containing soy is very healthy. Hope this helps.
