Does anyone know where I can buy silver (doesn’t have to be real silver) or plastic napkin rings for cheap?
I am talking really cheap like 50 cents each or less….I am interested in decorating them with crystals for my wedding, so I would need about 250 of them. I can’t find cheap ones anywhere!! Thank you for your help =)
Buy pvc and paint it. Home Depot or Lowes. Course you have to cut it and sand the edges to make it smooth.
